These general terms and conditions of sale are established by M.S. These general terms and conditions of sale govern the relationship between M.S. MANAGEMENT and any individual consumer wishing to make a purchase on the website iodus-paris.com or in-store.

ARTICLE 2 – PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
The products offered are those listed in the catalogue published on the website iodus-paris.com. Product descriptions and photographs are as accurate as possible but are not binding on the Seller. Product and price offers remain valid while visible on the site and subject to availability.

ARTICLE 3 – ORDER AND CONFIRMATION
An order becomes final and binding upon confirmation of payment by the buyer. An order confirmation will be sent by email to the address provided at the time of purchase.
🔔 WITHDRAWAL PERIOD: In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

ARTICLE 4 – PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS
PRICES: Prices are in euros, including all taxes (VAT included) applicable on the day of the order. Delivery fees are indicated before the final order confirmation.
PAYMENT METHODS: Payment is due in full at the time of ordering and can be made via credit card, PayPal, or any other payment method available on the site. The charge is made at the time of shipment.

ARTICLE 5 – DELIVERY
Delivery times are provided for information purposes only and begin upon order confirmation. Delivery is made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of the order.
DELIVERY COSTS: Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight, volume, and destination of the order. They are shown before the order is confirmed.
🚚 FREE DELIVERY: Delivery is free within mainland France for all orders over €100.

ARTICLE 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your items to exercise your right of withdrawal, without the need to provide any reason or pay any penalties.
RETURN CONDITIONS: Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
💰 REFUND: Refunds will be issued within a maximum of 14 days from the date the return is received, using the same payment method as used for the order.

ARTICLE 7 – WARRANTIES

WARRANTY AGAINST HIDDEN DEFECTS: You are also entitled to the legal warranty against hidden defects as provided in Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.

These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, only French courts shall have jurisdiction. However, before taking any legal action, the parties will seek to find an amicable solution.
